Mondrian in 70 masterpieces from 8 October to Rome

Abstract. In one word is wrapped around the artistic painter in the Netherlands, at the beginning of his career, surprises insiders and simple admirers with its elegant, mysterious and poetic landscapes in which you saw already a personal suggestion, despite representing Mills, Dutch views and especially trees.

Piet Mondrian is on display with the eight masterpieces from 70 in October, complesso del Vittoriano in Rome. the great retrospective includes oils and drawings selected from the most important works of the master, as well as approximately 40 other artists who influenced his work. The works come from major public and private institutions in the world Denver Art Museum at the Philadelphia Art Museum, the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa, the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.

Aesthetics, precision in shape, abstract art and much attention to detail, the proportions, shape, surface, point and line. All this made Mondrian's a pillar of contemporary art, all this has influenced the world of fashion, film, architecture and design.

All this and much more is Piet Mondrian, an artist to be discovered through seventy major works captive and on display until January 2012.

Frank Boehm is the new Director of MiArt 2012

The news now days bouncing between the various newspapers dealing in art, one that counts.

MiArt 2012 looks like the event linked to contemporary art more waiting by insiders, curators, artists and critics from around the world. The market moves MiArt is wide and stretches between the meambri of modern art by collecting an ever more demanding and difficult to accontentabile.

Frank Boehm will open the next edition of MiArt on 13 April 2012 to fieramilanocity. The new Director will have the daunting task of representing the meaning of the manifestation of this Edition: bringing top galleries, beyond pure commercial significance, beyond the business. Boehm, architect, will play the dual role of Director-curator in addition to being the Adviser for the Deutsche Bank Collection.

By many he is remembered for having taught architecture in Venice and in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, or for his publications on Frieze Magazine Casabella and L'architecture d'aujourd ' hui. In many, many, we hope, will remember as one who has been able to be up to the challenge launched by MiArt 2012.

Fantasy writing

I have already explained that a writer should never even publish a book, leaving the literary genre that is most appropriate to try to write a 'work that can be accepted by the market. However, for simple pleasure, I want to compile a short list of the best-selling genres in France, to discuss a little 's' argument. In the first place I would put some of the narrative. Certainly the rich and famous writers write books that belong to this genre. We must consider, however, that writers of fiction are also many more than those who engage in other forms of literature, so do not make the mistake of thinking that becoming a writer of fiction is less problematic.

Publishing a book is never easy in our country. In second place would put not one, but a set of genres: yellow, film noir, etc. ... The French are very fond of stories of this type. Many writers specialize in writing and yellow crime. And have a great talent. The fantasy genre instead, and I mean both the fantastic pure fantasy to sell a little 'less. In particular, is a fantasy world a little 'closed. Although some say the contrary I have not seen over the years all this openness to the writers and publishers. Some authors who came to fame is indeed, but it is still a very limited number of writers. Finally, the fiction is not the kind most unfortunate. The 'unique publishing initiative that allows aspiring authors to reach the mass distribution is the prize Garfant. I forgot the poem.

I doubt that publishing a book of poems today will bring some economic benefits. At least for most of the authors.
